Terms and Conditions for Hillsgreen, Supporting UK Agriculture: Your say impacts your experiences Survey, Competition, and Charitable Donation

  1. Introduction
    • These Terms and Conditions apply to Hillsgreen ‘s Supporting UK Agriculture: Your say impacts your experiences survey, the associated charitable donation, and the prize draw competition (“Promotion”).
    • By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Eligibility
    • The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
    • Employees of Hillsgreen and their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.
  3. Survey Participation and Charitable Donations
    • Hillsgreen is aiming for 1,000 completed survey responses. For every complete entry, we will donate £5 to a range of farming charities including Yellow Wellies, RABI, RSABI, Rural Support and the Farming Community Network, with a total donation cap of £5,000.
  4. Prize Draw
    • To enter the prize draw, participants must provide a valid name and email address.
    • There are 6 x £25 Amazon voucher prizes
    • There is a RidgeLine Jacket or Gilet also as a prize
    • Each participant is eligible to win one prize only.
    • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  5. Data Protection and Privacy
    • Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed as set out in Hillsgreen’s Privacy Policy.
    • All data processing will be in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR.
  6. General
    • Hillsgreen reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions without notice.
    • The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other alternatives.
    • In the event of any dispute, the decision of Hillsgreenis final.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    • To the extent permitted by law, Hillsgreen accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting any prize.
